Cancellation Policy
Needing to reschedule &/or cancel your appointment?
No worries, I understand! Please be sure to do so in a respectful timely matter, especially to avoid a fee.
Reschedule, cancel, &/or get a full refund of your deposit, if any, anytime 24 hours before your scheduled appointment date/time.
After 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date/time :
• Your deposit, if any, is now non-refundable and your upcoming appointment is now confirmed.
• No rescheduling &/or cancellation of the appointment is allowed & if you still wish to do so, you may or must have to pay a non-refundable 50% fee of the total estimated booked service(s).
You may also have to pay this fee on top of a new deposit, if any is to be made, for the rescheduled appointment(s).
• No show &/or same day cancellation may or will result in a 50% &/or 100% charge of the total estimated service(s) booked & you might not be welcomed to book with me again.
